ABOUT US

We are a family owned and operated bakery in Glendale, California.  We started out as your traditional cookie bakery trying to make cookies that tasted as if they had been baked at home using the best ingredients we could find. Some years ago the cookie recipe creator went from being a vegetarian to a vegan overnight. He devoted himself to finding a way to make cookies he could eat and also feel good about  sharing with others. It was and is a true labor of love.  We still use the finest ingredients we can find, most of them organic, and bake cookies we hope will remind you of great homemade cookies you’ve had in the past.

We are committed to providing our customers with the best product we can by purchasing organic and fairly traded ingredients from vendors who are involved in sustainable agriculture.

We are continually looking for ways to grow and improve in our commitment to environmentally friendly packaging and products.

Uncle Eddies Cookies and muffins are not suitable for people with life-threatening allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat or milk.

 

Wheat & Wheat Gluten

All of our products contain wheat.

 

Milk Products

Our products are vegan and free of milk products. However, the chocolate we use is processed in a facility that also processes milk chocolate. Because we cannot guarantee 0% contamination, people with a life threatening allergy to milk that causes anaphylactic shock should avoid our products.

 

PEANUTS & TREE NUTS

We make products that contain peanuts and tree nuts. Because we cannot guarantee 0% cross contamination, people with a life threatening allergy to peanuts or tree nuts that causes anaphylactic shock should avoid our products.

 

SOY

Our products contain soy.

 

EGGS

Our products are vegan and do not contain egg products.

 

Shell Fish

Our products are vegan and do not contain shell fish products.
